We had gotten cabbage seed called Matilda which was made in Korea and then had requested to graft the seed in Australia and Korea after that we could have the suitable seed to plant Wombok in VIC, considering the factors of local climate and soil.

Our cabbage contains sweet, strong and crunchy flavour which we believed was the perfect ingredient to make the traditional Korean Kimchi. Therefore, this Kimchi cabbage has been Korea Kimchi’s core ingredient in making our Kimchi products.
