At Korean Foods P/L, we take great pride in ensuring the quality of our products and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, we are here to help. Please contact us and provide us with photos so we can assess the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if there has been a mistake or damage during shipping. You can request a refund or replacement within 14 days from the date of receipt, but you must contact us within 2 days of receiving the goods.
However, we ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase, as we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind. Additionally, please note that we cannot take responsibility for issues related to incorrect delivery addresses, unopened packages, or changes of mind.
