Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the item so we can assess the issue. Where a mistake or damage during shipping has occurred, we will gladly offer you a replacement or refund.
Moldy Kimchi
If your kimchi arrives moldy or spoiled, we will accept a return or issue a refund/replacement. Please email us with photos as soon as possible so we can resolve the matter quickly.
