While we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, we stand behind our products. If an error has occurred with your order or if goods arrive damaged during shipping, we offer a refund or replacement.

To ensure prompt resolution, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. If your items have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and provide images of the damage.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for perishable goods in cases such as incorrect addresses or unopened packages.
