At Korean Foods P/L, we take great pride in ensuring the quality of our products. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase!

If you receive a product that’s damaged or doesn’t match your order, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with some photos so we can see the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if there’s been a mistake or damage in shipping.

However, we do ask that you double-check your order before completing your purchase, as we don’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Also, please note that we can't take responsibility for issues related to the following:

  • Incorrect delivery address
  • Unopened packages
  • Kimchi leakage due to postal handling
  • Delays with postal express services

Return Policy:

  1. Notify Us: If you have a concern about your order, please email us immediately with images of the issue. Make sure to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  2. Proof of Purchase: When returning products, please include proof of purchase to facilitate the process.

Please remember: We are not responsible for the deterioration of perishable goods due to issues such as incorrect addresses or unopened packages.
