White kimchi Risotto

Serves: 1~2 pp
White kimchi 150g, onion ½, mushroom 100g, chicken stock, milk 200ml
a bowl of steam rice, salt and black pepper.
1) Chop onion and white kimchi and then slide mushroom
2) Stir onion and mushroom on a pen
3) Pour a cup of water and add chick stock into the pen
4) Pour milk and then add rice after 30sec
5) Add butter 5g and chopped white kimchi then stir all of them
6) Season to taste with salt and pepper
