Spicy Pork Bulgogi (매운 불고기)

Serves: 2~3 pp



Pork belly 300g, kimchi paste 1and ½ tablespoons, onion ½, spring onions 2, cabbages ¼, white sugar 2 tablespoons, soy sauce 1 tablespoon.



1) Slice pork belly as bite size and slice all vegetables
2) Put sliced pork belly, sliced onion and cabbages, in a bowl
3) Add sugar, soy sauce and kimchi paste into the bowl then mix together
4) Stir them with fried pan for 15mins until pork belly are cooked
5) Get ready to enjoy it with picked radishes or rice
