Crunchy cabbage kimchi sandwich

Plain cabbage kimchi, 2 eggs, half onion, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 5g of butter,
1 slide of Cheddar cheese and 2 slides of bread.
1) Chop onion and then crack eggs in a bowl 
2) Mix onion, eggs and cabbage kimchi
3) Heat a fried pan and add butter
4) toast breads then leave it on the side
5) Pour batter in a pan and cook until the bottom becomes brown
6) Add fried egg & cabbage kimchi on a bread
7) Add sugar 2 spoons and mayo
This sandwich is made with plain cabbage kimchi. it reminds me of korean street food. it is sweet, crunchy and little bit spicy
