Pan-fry
Fry until golden and crispy on the bottom, add a splash of water, cover and steam until cooked through.
Steam
Steam over boiling water for 8–10 minutes for a softer, tender result.
Air-fry
Brush lightly with oil and air-fry at 190°C for 8–10 minutes until crisp.
Great with
Dipping soy & chilli oil, rice bowls, noodles, or party platters.
