Napa Cabbage & Veggies Grown in VIC
The Kimchi cabbages grown using the seeds had similar features as the cabbages grown in the highlands (450m-750m above sea level, in cool climates) in South Korea.

To find the perfect cabbage
We got one cabbage seed which was made in Korea in the past. We requested to graft the seed to the seed company in Australia and Korea. Then we got the grafted seed that was suitable to be regularly grown in Victoria, considering the factors of local climate and soil.

In 2002, our founder set out to solve a simple problem: authentic kimchi was hard to find in Australia.He believed Australians deserved to experience real kimchi made with proper napa cabbage, traditional recipes, and genuine fermentation.More than two decades later, that belief still guides everything we do.
How We Make Kimchi Daily
- 6:30AM : Harvest napa cabbage
- 10:00AM : Deliver it to Melbourne
- 13:00 PM: Cutting cabbage, Salting them & Making sauce
- Next-day: Making Kimchi & Packing
