- Heat a pan with some oil. Add minced garlic and meat slices. Cook until the meat is golden.
- Add your sour kimchi. Stir-fry until it smells amazing! also, spring onion.
- Add water (100ml) , chili paste, chili powder, oyster sauce, sugar and minced garlic. Let them simmer down,
- Add cooked noodles and season with sesame oil.
Tip: Sour kimchi 300g (the older, the better!)
