Refund policy

We at Korean Foods P/l take pride in the quality of the products we dispatch.

We do not offer return/refund for change of mind.

We will refund or replace goods if an error has occurred with your order or the goods are damaged in shipping.

Our returns policy only includes goods which we have been notified about within 48 hours of the goods being received.

In the event the product has been damaged in shipping please email us with images as soon as possible.


However we cannot accept responsibility for the deterioration of perishable goods in the following situations:

- Incorrect address

- Unopened packages

- Leaked kimchi due to the post office

- Delay with post express 

Returned Products must be returned with proof of purchase.
