Shipping Policy
Since the COVID-19 health crisis, our couriers moved to ZERO contact deliveries. This means all deliveries will be send out with ATL (Authority to Leave). The Driver will the package in a safe place and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. Thank you for visiting and shopping at [WEBSITE_NAME]. - Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or mobile.
- Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Order confirmation & tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

- Packaging guideline for other states
Kimchi will be packed in a plastic bag, with dry ice packs (FDA-approved materials) added, and wrapped in insulated bubble wrap.
*Note
Kimchi will be sent via shipping couriers without a chiller. However, it won't spoil during delivery as kimchi is fermented food. You might notice that a plastic bag is bloated or there are bubbles in a jar. Kimchi undergoes fermentation as the beneficial lactic acid bacteria present in the vegetables consume sugars and produce gases, primarily carbon dioxide. This is a normal part of the fermentation process.
