Fried kimchi with pork & tofu (두부김치)

Ingredients:
Kimchi, Sliced pork neck or belly, Minced garlic (option), Sugar and Tofu(boiled).
 
Steps
1) Pour cooking oil on a pen and heat it up
2) Add sliced meats and 2 TB of sugar and stir fry them for 3~4 mins
3) Add kimchi and stir fry for another 2mins
4) Pour water 200ml and simmer for 5mins (it will be seasoned well)
5) Serve with boiled tofu
