Coriander Kimchi (고수 김치)

Herbs & any veggies can be kimchi using our product which is kimchi paste.
If you use this item, you can always make your own kimchi with any veggies. Especially, Coriander kimchi has a unique flavor profile that combines the tangy and spicy flavors of traditional kimchi with the bright and herbaceous notes of coriander. It can be enjoyed on its own as a side dish. It goes well with Korean BBQ as well as any noodles.

Serves: 3~4 pp

 

Ingredients:

Coriander, kimchi paste 1and 1/2 spoon, sugar 2 spoons and sesame oil 2 spoon.

 Steps

1) Cut coriander into small size and rinse in cold water
2) Drain water and leave it for a while
3) Put coriander in the bowl and add 1 tb of kimchi paste
4) Add 1 tb of sugar and mix them gently
5) Serve it with rice or meats (No need fermentation)
